1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions of access and use of the Wattshout mobile application (hereinafter "the App") and the website wtsh.dev (hereinafter "the Website").

2. Acceptance of Terms
Using the App and the Website implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use the service.
Association Wattshout reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time of use.
3. Description of the service
Wattshout is a free mobile application for festival-goers. It offers:
- A concert schedule updated in real time
- An interactive map of festival grounds
- A personal planner with favourites and schedule clash detection
- Practical information (access, rules, points of interest)
- Push notifications for important updates
All features are available offline after an initial data sync.
4. Access to the service
The App is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Most features do not require creating an account.
The user is responsible for the equipment (smartphone, internet connection) required to use the service.
5. User account
Creating an account is optional. It provides access to additional features (e.g., syncing favourites across devices).
The user agrees to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep login credentials confidential.
The user may delete their account at any time from the App settings. Deletion results in permanent removal of data within 30 days.
6. User obligations
The user agrees to:
- Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose and these Terms
- Not attempt unauthorised access to Wattshout's computer systems
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order
- Not distribute abusive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the App and the Website (source code, design, text, logos, illustrations) are the exclusive property of Association Wattshout or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of any part of these elements is prohibited.
8. Personal data

9. Liability
Association Wattshout strives to provide a reliable and up-to-date service. However, it cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information displayed in the App (concert times, practical information, etc.), as this information is provided by festival organisers.
Association Wattshout shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
The App may contain links to third-party services. Association Wattshout is not responsible for the content or practices of these services.
10. Service availability
Association Wattshout endeavours to ensure service availability 24/7. However, the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or in the event of force majeure.
Association Wattshout does not guarantee that the service will be free from errors or malfunctions.
11. Changes to the Terms
Association Wattshout reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website or in the App.
In the event of substantial changes, the user will be notified via an in-app notification or by email.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the competent court is Paris, France, unless otherwise required by law.
